new year's resolutions already ?
well. yes. i was just at a local supermarket shopping for dinner supplies/ingredients. my tally was rung up and the register spat out my receipt as well as a coupon for cottonelle toilet paper. and it said on it, "be kind to your behind". so i resolved right then and there, that although it was a bit early, this was something i thought i could handle for the duration of the year to come. and hopefully many in the future... i will also try to be kind to other parts of my body as well as other residents of this planet. but i will leave that for another post...

Thank you for my first out loud laugh of the day! And you just reminded me I need to go to the grocery store. So thanks for that, too!
It has to be good Karma to be kind to your own behind... only good things can happen if you do so. :) Love this post.
i dont think there's any sense in patronizing any other brand of bathroom tissue ever again. i mean these people are really looking out for me (and my nether regions). and for that i am eternally grateful.
That was hilarious. Thank you. :)
Be kind to your behind? These people have gone to all the trouble of coming up with a snappy slogan for you and you are going to do WHAT with their product?
hee hee, "be kind to your behind", frick thats so American.
Oh, and you've been busy recently, friending people and whatnot. Soon I'll be able to say "I knew him/her in the beginning."....yeah! Thats right.
Oh, and whats up with you and capital letters? You have an interesting relationship.
simplicity - thats the story of my life. i've been trying to get it in gear for a loooo-o-o-oong time now. one of these days i just might explode.
lee - it seems thats what they want me to do. dont look at me, i'm just following instructions.
my good docta - last things first; i dont do capital letters. its a vestigial holdover from my days of not knowing how to type at all. now that i do (know how to type to some degree of efficacy), i still indulge myself when not doing something that requires it. it frees my mind to some extent. and god knows i NEED IT!!!!! there. there are some capital letters...
in regard to the friending thing, i've been persuing the friends of my friends looking for intelligent life forms (i know we all have differnt ideas of what constitues intelligent). anyway, when i do find them, i add them to my list. GOD, that took me a long time to figure out (the adding to my list thing). but i finally did it. and now i have a list of blogs tot read. is it considered offensive if you add a blog and then remove it? just curious. i dont want t ooffend anyone.
and yes. you can say you knew me before i got famous BAH-HA-HA-HA.
ok. that was supposed to say "perusing" the friends of my friends. not pursuing them. sounds rather stalker-ish, doesnt it ?ARGH! thats what you get when you hit 'publish' without proofreading. and in literature as in life, i cant seem to remember how to edit my own comments ex post facto. oh well...
hello and welcome to blogging! i found you through heinous' comments : ) love this post for two reasons--first i also don't do caps in blogland. i don't really know why but i don't. and, cottonelle RULES!
creative - welcome. no caps. cant do them. takes away from the whole letting my hair down thing. cotonnelle DOES rule. kicks charmin all over the place.
