so now i'm wondering....

i'm wondering if my second blog was the death knell for my first.
but i dont know what to do.
i love poetry and it seems to come more willingly than anything else.
define anything else.
ok.
anything but poetry.
anyway...

listened to a 3 and 1/2 hour presentation at work
i thought i felt my brain leaking out of my ears near the end
then they asked me if i wanted to stay for, oh, say, anther hour or so to finish up. i said thanks, i'll hear the rest tomorrow. i near to get some ear plugs. for the noise, and to make sure i dont lose any gray matter.

its the hap-happiest time, of the YEA-A-A-AR....
folded some laundry
going bowling tonight

further bulletins as events warrant

What kind of person could possibly demand 3.5 hours for a work presentation?! Ye Gods! Poor you! You deserve a perfect game tonight!

I'm with Comedy Goddess, if they can't get to the point in 15min there is something wrong going on.

Do NOT stop posting here! I enjoy reading your poetry but people who are good at it make me feel inadequate because I suck at it and I never know what to comment about poems so I don't say anything and then I feel neglectful especially if they're people I like and I like you and I don't want to stop commenting and if you stop writing here then I'll have to or else I'll wind up saying stupid things on your poetry blog and you'll think I'm dumb and you won't come visit my blog anymore and then I'd be sad and... and... and...

You'll give me a complex.

You don't want to do that, do you?

Yeah... this comment sort of compared to the presentation you had to sit through today, didn't it? Sorry about that. (I'm still on meds... can you tell?)

Did you know I can bowl with both hands? I can. I'm bi-handed (that's not quite ambidextrous... but almost).

Yes, I'll shut up now. Bye.

Well, after Diane, what else can I say. I think I need some meds too.

good luck with the bowling and I hope you didn't lose any gray matter (we can all use as much as we can get!)

Quick...hit the do over button and call in sick to work. You'll miss out on the ultra boring brain washing seminar and still have a good time bowling...oh wait...I broke the button...sorry.

CG - it was FAR from perfect. but thats how the bal bounces. or rolls...

Lee - its training. and apparently they belive i am now trained. woof.

diane - but youre so F-ing funny with all your posts. mine seem dry by comparison. it doesnt seem to be one of my strong points. yet(?). please DO say anything on the other blog. i would really be honored. i'm quite sure it wouldnt be stupid. and anyway, as jim says, we are all comment whores. i cant really bowl with either hand. so were even. and this is FAR more interesting than the &^%$#@! training session today. i'm still recovering. never heard of bi-handed. and why wont you share the meds ?!

michelle - i will refrain from saying anything about your manicure. its a man's sure-fire way of gettting a beating. i've had enough beatings today thankyouverymuch.

JCN - we all need meds. they just look different for different people.

KM - pinot noir. thats what i want. J Cosmo has put it into my head and i wont stop until i get me a decent bottle. all i want for krissmiss......

petra - o' wise one. i could have used the well wishes before i bowled. no matter. i'll use them tomorrow for the second half of this fantastic presentation.

sweet cheeks - DAMN IT! thats the last time i let you anywhere near sensitive equipment.

don't forsake this blog!!!! i have to ditto what diana said, i may not know what to say in comments on the poetry blog all the time. and bowling--much easier w/ the gutter guards up. i can get away with this because i have kids. i think they'd frown on putting those up for adults though. : ) he

LOL - i cant trust you. you know that...
